4 Exercises to Relieve Neck Pain
Are you experiencing any neck pain? Neck pain is incredibly common within adults, especially those who work at a computer all day long. Follow these four exercises to help relieve your neck pain.
Standing up straight, shrug your shoulders up towards your ears. Hold this for 10 seconds and repeat 5 times
Pull your head towards your shoulder to feel a stretch along your neck. Place your hand on the other side of your head and gently pull for a deeper stretch. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat 5 times.
Front and Back Bend
Standing straight, pull your chin to your chest and hold for 10 seconds. Inversely, pull the back of your head towards your upper back and hold for another 10 seconds. Repeat both exercises 5 times.
Take your right hand above your head and place it on your upper back with your palm facing towards your body. Then take your left hand behind your back with your palm facing outwards. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat 5 times.
